Hi,

I am trying to transfer my physical on my iPhone 12 over to my eSIM on iPhone 16 pro.

i have tried everything but it hasn’t worked. I converted my physical sim to eSIM on the iPhone 12 which didn’t work so I deleted the eSIM. But now it says my physical sim is inactive so I now have no network on either of my phones. Please help

thanks

matthew

@Matthew17 You should have been able to swap your sim on your MyO2 page, but that obviously isn't the case in your circumstance. If you search the community you will see many people having problems. If an esim isn't a necessity you should stick with a physical sim. As your physical sim is no longer active, your best option would be to go into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and either get a new physical sim or an esim. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
