Hey,
Just joined o2 and selected eSIM as my delivery option for a sim only deal. Despite following the guidance online, nothing shows in myo2 account - can’t even track the order.
tried the my o2 app that refuses to sign me in.
what gives?

Just to update for anyone in the future. I went to bed and woke up to a text about my spend cap that I had set. Thought I’d try logging in and my eSIM was there waiting for me 😁
Seems it takes a few hours for the system to update.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Having received eSIMs on 3 different networks the one I would avoid is O2. They make things overly complicated and their systems are rubbish.
Take it you have followed these instructions
Another option is to call into an O2 store with Photo ID. You could chose then between eSIM or plastic
