Is someone please able to help.....

Ported my number across from EE yesterday (07/01), had completely forgot to activate eSIM prior (my mistake - regretting it now!). Have followed instructions to do this but need to log in to my O2 which I can only do by receiving 6 digit security code via message. Messages however not coming through as I have no service as sim not activated.... so can't log in to activate.

Going round in circles!

Anything I can do to resolve this that doesn't involve calling customer services and waiting in line for an inordinate amount of time before being cut off (which I have already tried today!)

Thank you in advance for any help to resolve this

eSIM and O2 should not appear in the same sentence.

If you can swap to plastic when you go in store, otherwise you may encounter problems in the future

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
