Good morning, the past few days I've been unable to use my mobile data.
This morning I have noticed I have no signal whatsoever (no bar strength
at all). I pay monthly and currently unable to use my phone outside of
the house at all.
Does anyone have contact details for technical support?I have been on
the phone with the support teams for days and no one can resolve the
issue. I am abroad, my package covers Europe, but I can only receive
text message - I can not send them, I can ...
Whenever I make a call I keep getting blanks like the signal is cutting
out. The issue has een happening over the past few months and is getting
more regular
