Am I able to use my account on two different phones?

This would require some form of sim card, both linked to the same account to be inserted into each handset.

I'm unable to make progress through the online help so anything is appreciated.

@Simpo You can't have the same sim number on two phones. You would have to take a second contract.

You can have a phone and a smart watch that appear to use the same number. But in reality are two different numbers and two different airtime plans

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
