I've lost track of how many times I've requested to change my plastic Sim to an e-Sim over the last few days and it still isn't available in the 'install Sim' part of the app.
Does anyone know of an alternative way that doesn't involve visiting a shop please?
I've been trying to get through on the phone and the online chat and have been waiting on hold for over an hour.

Have you also requested an esim in the MyO2 app.
Choose swap sim and select technology change as the reason.
