New Voicemail notification

I have a notification I can't get rid of saying I have a new voicemail but when I call voicemail it says I have no new messages or saved messages.It costs me money to call voicemail every time. Can this be fixed?

Can't receive iMessage since changing Sim card

Have returned from trip in Thailand where I used a local SIM card. Have now changed SIM card back to my UK sim & now I can't receive iMessages - they seem to be sending out okay, but not in. Any suggestions welcome!
