My phone contract has been referred

What am I supposed to do at this point, Thursday I was ment to hear back within 24 hours we are now on monday. My 02 account isn't live so i just keep getting a virtual assistant not a really person. I'm frustrated and getting very impatient.

Mobile data signal

Hi my mobile data signal when I am at home does not work at all.I have tried the suggested signal advice and nothing has worked.I am working from home for the next 4 days so really need to able to use my mobile data
