I'm unable to access the O2 app as my number transfer has already occured prior to my e-sim download and therefore I cant access the O2 code that they send. without the code I cant access the app and therefore can't download the e-sim and activate my number. I'm in this endless loop- does anyone have any advice on how to download the e-sim without the app? Or access the app without having a code sent to my phone or using the security question instead

The best way is to go in store with photo ID and they will sort it or contact O2 to get one sent in the post.
