the past couple of months i’ve payed up to £40-£50 and have no received any data i’m on the £10 big bundle and haven’t had any data given to me, i’ve tried topping up on vouchers, over the phone on bank card and on the o2 app just then i’ve spent my money on wich i didn’t want to spend over £10 to see if i could resolve the issue but nothings worked i’ve payed £40-£50 just on calls could you please help me with this problem.
