cannot receive phone calls or make calls since porting to O2 from Three

Since joining O2 i can only send text messages and use data.  Text messages i send do have my number on however anyone who calls me from mobiles/ landlines just bleeps and ends call. never rings.

 

Tried with MyO2 Agents, we go round in circles trying network resets then they say they will escalate it. after 10 days ( 2 x 5 days ) im told it will be escalated and fixed within 5 days again.

Apparantly O2 technical tried to call me back ( using the phone number i reported as not working ) so they were not help.

Ive had my first months rental credited and i have been offered £ 30 to buy a pay as you go sim so they can call me.

 

What can i do?  I am feeling very frustrated and let down. i cannot seem to get anyone who understands the problem either on app or phone number.

I would try the social media team on Twitter (X) or Facebook

They are UK based and usually very helpful

I recently used FB Chat. Slow but I wasn't pushed anywhere and things were eventually sorted

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Unfortunately, not the experience ive had, it was automated, i had to select some options then it said use the MyO2 app. Which i've done again  at lunch time to be told it will be fixed in 3 - 7 days ref code CIT-A152922 which will be the 3rd time the'yve had 3 - 7 days.  not alot i can do apart from automated stuff. phone call was useless last night.
