Hi. For the last couple of days when I've tried to access my emails the app has just stopped working and closed. It's the same with the o2 app and trying to open links in FB, my phone will just freeze and then shut the app down. I've cleared the cache or tried to uninstall the apps but my phone is not giving me that option anymore. I need my phone for work, especially the emails. It's a Galaxy J6. Not due an upgrade until December. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Take a full backup of your personal date then factory reset your phone.
If still no good after that, you'll need to contact Samsung for a repair.

I've had exactly the same issue. I can't access any online banking either. Which is less than ideal...
I have a samsung but a different model. I wonder if there was a buggy update?

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Turns out it was a widespread issue and not just my phone x
