Forgot everything to login to see messages in WiFi hotspot

I have no idea how to log in to my pocket WiFi homepage to read messages. I must I must've changed the name and password.
How do I reset it?

There's usually a reset pin hole somewhere.

Could be under the battery cover or on the side etc.

Will that affect the sim /plan I have on it currently?
Last thing I want is to lose my only form of communication.

It won't effect anything sim related at all.

It just reset the router to factory settings.

Worst case will be having to put your apn back in for O2 unless it's an O2 device.

It's an O2 device so it should be fine.
