I use a Samsung Galaxy S8 on Android 9.  Joined O2 from EE 5 weeks ago;  seemed ok at first, but after a fortnight my wife's phone calls started showing 'Unknown' instead of her name on my incoming screen (and in History), although she's been registered in my Contacts for years.  Several other callers have now been relegated to 'unknown', but many more haven't.  I can't find any Settings I might have nudged accidentally, and renewing her Contact details had no effect.  A friend who knows more than me suggested that this may be  a problem with 02's caller identification process.  Anybody know anything about this, please?  Is it common?  Any workarounds?

Seems a common fault for a good few months on O2
