call waiting

i have tried everything and can not get call waiting to turn on on my phone, i have been into o2 they had no idea, i went to apple and they had no idea but i have an apple appointment soon, any idea how i can get it to turn on please?

You also didn't specify if you are Pay Monthly or Pay & Go. If you're the latter, Call Waiting isn't available.
