applying BBC discount to my new contract

It says on my 02 that I cant apply my BBC discount to my new phone contract because I havnt had a new contract since 2020. I got a new contract yesterday and I was told I could apply this on My 02. Can someone help?

Resolved! Locked out

I have been locked out of my account and I’ve no idea why. As a result I cannot make or receive calls. It is unbelievably frustrating. Can anyone help?
