Tried to call o2 customer service number and i'm keep getting info that
they are closed today.... despite that the posts are saying they are
open from 09:00. I'm abroad and can't use my phone - been trying to

Why can't I get a 5G sim card for my s21 ultra? Been into shop who told
me to go online and then called abs awoke to someone who says "they
can't give out 5g sim cards unless you are buying a phone or on a sim
only payment".... I am happy with my PAY...
