Having left O2 and hence, having no services or products with the company, I can still login to My O2 account but I cannot access my previous bills. These are needed for tax/VAT purposes. Has anybody get any ideas how I can access my past many years ...

Resolved! Notice of disconnection/immediate payment required.

My phone showed no network and thought 02 had disconnected me so I cancelled my DD. I think that now I might have had an issue with the phone. It seems to be a misunderstanding and would like to get reconnected immediately.

I've apparently run out of Data (20GB) but O2 usage says 7GB??

I've never used more than 10GB of data on my phone, I have a limit of 20GB on my tariff. I'm not using an Iphone which I know has had issues with this sort of thing. I got an 80% warning text which I thought was odd since I never used more than 10GB ...
