Visual voicemail

I’m trying to reinstate my visual voicemail,all I get when I open my phone and and go to voicemail is 

call voicemail on the screen 

I’ve just moved to a sim only contract.will this make a difference?

any ideas how to resolve this?

Sound like in the change your have lost the idata bolt on. O2 handle iPhones differently to other networks and have special settings.

Ring Customer Services and tell them you have an iPhone and to set your account accordingly.
