Hi - my mother (aged 85) lost her phone and cancelled the SIM.Three SIM
cards and two new phones later (we thought none of them worked
initially) and we are now told by the O2 store to wait 5 to 10 days for
the current SIM to, presumably, register on...
I ordered a new sim yesterday as I am getting a new phone, but unable to
use my old phone/sim. This should not have been stopped. I am a
vulnerable 81 year old who is waiting for an operation on Thursday and
now have no contact with the hospital
Not sure this is right board so apologies. Travelling to Canada and USA
shortly, but my samsung s20fe does not support e sim. Any suggestions.
