Why can I not receive messages other than when connected to wifi? It is like the 4G is not working when I am out.I received a pop up saying O2 had stopped 4G calls. Not sure what this means, why it was done or if it is connected.thank you

No service after software update

My hauwie p30 pro carried out a software update during the night and now it doesn't recognise the sim card. Does anyone know what i can do to get round this?Network settings wont allow me to search for a mobile network
