Why can I not receive messages other than when connected to wifi? It is like the 4G is not working when I am out.

I received a pop up saying O2 had stopped 4G calls. Not sure what this means, why it was done or if it is connected.

You need to reboot your phone.

The message is due to maintenance on the network.
