Why can I not access data bolt on bought last week till 14 th Feb ?

Resolved! No service in Bracknell

It has been out since yesterday but no reports on when the mast issue will be fixed. Any one have information.

Resolved! Problems logging in

02 has two accounts associated with my phone number. I think this gives me problems logging in. I can usually work round this. However I’m currently trying to attach Apple Watch to my phone and can’t log in to 02 from the Apple Watch app.

Resolved! Network issue

The network bar on my phone shows I have good network coverage, however, I have been unable to make calls with my phone and my internet has stopped working. I receive calls but I can't make outgoing call. I need help urgently
