recently took out a monthly contract with O2 and new phone ( i phone 11)'Smarty gave me the pac code to transfer in the meantime i seem to have been given a temporary number from O2now my new phone will receive calls dialled on the correct number tho...

Text Messages not receiving on Roaming

Hi, I am travelling to Pakistan and SMS messages are not being received. I need it urgently. I got a message that receiving text messages are free. but I don't know what is the thing blocking them. My sim is already connected to the local network.

New phone not receiving all calls

New contract with O2 and new phone in March.Previously had contract with Virgin/O2.Since March some of my contacts are unable to ring me? They are on the same network.Endless calls to O2 and visits to O2 shop but unable to solve the problem???
