Hello. I recently ported my number to O2 but I cannot receive text messages for verification codes. I do get calls on my number so I think it’s only a text message issue. I’m on iPhone 12. Please help.

No it receiving of OTP texts from bank etc

Hi I have just upgraded my phone and when setting up my banking apps etc to hey try to send a OTP to my phone but they are coming through. I've spoken to 02 who said increase my spend cap. The codes still aren't coming through. Please can you help
