Resolved! Not Receiving Text Messages.

I migrated from Virgin Mobile to 02 and I am now no longer receiving text (SMS) Messages. My phone is working fine except this problem. Can someone please help. I got a new sim in store today (second one) and still nothing? Today's date : 23rd August...

I’ve got an iPhone 14plus and have been told by 02 support that if I want 5g I need a new 5g simdoes that sound right?

HELP

I want to move to a rolling plan, but it won't let me. I can't get on wifi calling, so I can't make a call because I can't get credit, the virtual assistant did not understand me. Can someone help!
