Hi, I have registered for switching from giffgaff to O2, and now, I don't know how to follow up the process.

Why has my 4G been switched off?

Switched off with no explanation. No unpaid bill. Lots of data left in monthly allowance. No network problems in area. No 5G to replace it.

i am getting distorted voices on loudspeaker and calls. i remove sim and replace and problem clears itself.

I keep getting a message every day to say I have new voicemail but I ring up and there is no voicemail. Why?

Texts not working. Can’t send a message to anyone, tried sim in different phone and tried messaging other numbers. Just comes back not delivered on both iPhone and Samsung.
