Unable to send SMS to some numbers

Hi all, I ported from Virgin to O2 around 10 months ago now, and since then I have been unable to send SMSs to some (but not all) numbers.I will get a message saying that the number isn't formatted correctly, but they definitely are.I have tried this...

4g constantly going down to H+ and less.

My 4g has recently started dropping to H+ and then completely.The same with my phone signal. It was 3+ for weeks, and now it's 1 bar, to dropping off completely aswell.
