No dial tone and can’t hear people when accepted incoming calls

Hi when I am dialing out to make calls I don’t have a dial tone and when I am receiving incoming calls I can’t here the person on the line

I have two phone numbers but can only access the account for one

I have two telephone number for two separate contracts both in my name but I cannot log in to both. I can log in to one which is linked to my child's phone but not the one linked to my own account.

Need to talk to an agent

Why does o2 make it so hard to contact a human?
