O2 don't block international texts

More than likely that it's the Polish network that's at fault

@Prz Make sure the people texting you from Poland are using the correct country code for the UK. They must use +44 and leave off the first zero of your number.

You both could also try using WhatsApp. Using the app over a WiFi connection is free.
