WiFi connection

I’m currently in hospital and the NHS WiFi does not work or the reception is very bad and I can’t access the internet. Is there any alternatives that I can use I got a text mentioning I have used 80 per cent of my data and did I want to add a bolt on

Resolved! New mobile hotspot router- trying to swap sim

New mobile hotspot router that I’m trying to add sim to. It’s telling me to swap sim? Yet is new device and new sim with same number. Cannot swap as cannot receive the security message to the device and o2 not giving other options

Conference call

I want to set up a 3 way conference call on my phone but it won't let me merge in the 3rd call. Google searching tells me this may be down to my network provider not allowing this type of call. Is that correct and is there a way to get this changed.
