Sim not working

Hi, My sim card for for (REMOVED) is not working and in mobile phone it does not even register. Has it been blocked? I dont receive any text messages or sent pass codes either.

cant logon to my account

Each time I login, I am asked to enter a code sent to my mobile. Each time I enter the code sent to the phone, it still does not allow me access and the whole process starts again. This is happening with Chrome and Firefox.
