I can access my app on my laptop but my mobile does not accept the same log in name and password - why and what can I do to correct it please

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Uninstall the app
Reboot your phone
reinstall the app
You should then be able to log in
