Xperior 10 II

My Xperior 10.II has started to turn itself off randomly, repeated times, whilst in use. E.G, just on a call and entering apts into my calender and phone shuts down, then auto restarts then initialising!!

The device has not been damaged, dropped, wet or mistreated in anyway and is in a full case.

I am concerned this is the start of something bigger as a fault and need action before this gets worse.

Any suggestions or recommendations please?

With restarts, the general recommended advice would be to back it up using Xperia companion software on a computer, then once all your files are saved, performing a repair installation using the same xperia companion software 

This will refresh the firmware which could be the cause.

If it's still performing in the same way, I'd look at getting it sent in for repair
