Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly @Marcus-6121 ?
And are you using the app or the website?
if the app, try deleting it and reinstalling.
If that doesn't work you might need to contact customer services.
If you are pay as you go, they are on 4445.
For pay monthly it is 202.
Or message them on social media:
