Hi I’m trying to turn on wifi calling and the 4G setting on my phone but I’m getting a ‘call the customer service line’ warning on my screen?

There are a couple of things to think of when getting WiFi calling set up @AHA

First, it only works on pay monthly numbers (either SIM only or with a phone).

If that's ok, then the order of getting it switched on is as follows:

  • customer services have to enable it on your account
  • 24 hours later, you can turn it on in your My o2
  • 24 hours after that you can switch it on in your phone settings

To get in touch with customer services, you can call 202 from your phone or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from another phone.

We recommend calling just after 8am.

You can use the 0800 number on Skype for free -  Guide: A Guide to Skype .

Alternatively message them on social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

@AHA

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
