Hi,
I am trying to set up wifi and 4G calling on my iPhone 11. In the settings when I try to toggle this on I receive the message "To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact O2". Although, on MyO2 it is displayed that Wi-Fi calling is on, I am unable to make calls over wifi. Could you please help with this?
Best,
Finn

O2 need to enable it account side first.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
