I purchased a new iphone 16 plus and live in a rural area.
Ever since i have had the phone - 2 weeks! it has not worked at all
Trying to gert throught to O2 is a nightmare - i do not have all day to wait to speak to someone
Customer service is awful!!
Does anyone have any ideas what i can do please?

Are you on PAYG or Pay Monthly?
Pay Monthly, it should be enabled by default on your account, and just needs enabling on the phone
Pay As You go - it is been rolled out by the end of the year to all customers.
Why are you on o2 if you have barely any signal,,
