Voicemail settings

Hello, hoping someone can help as I have used "Aura" fruitlessly and can't get on live chat anywhere. How do I alter my voicemail settings please? I want it to ring for longer than 15 seconds. I've tried doing the **##61# stuff and it just keeps the setting at 15 seconds no matter what I do. Any help gratefully received! thank you.

If you have activated WIFI Calling you need to switch it off first

Thank you - I have turned it off, but still to no avail. I will try again...

I followed the instructions and it's still stuck at 15 seconds! I requested 30 seconds and it's still stuck at 15. Any ideas on how I can alter this please? Thank you.
