Voicemail notification not working

I changed my tariff over the phone to a sim only tariff and since then, I do not receive notification of voicemails on my iPhone 13?? The person calling can leave a msg but I do not get notification unless I dial 901,please help it’s driving me crazy!

You may want to turn voicemail off, call it up to check, and then turn it back on again.

Also check your APN is set to idata rather than mobile.o2.co.uk - O2 may need to enable idata on your account again to get that to work for visual voicemail, @Tonylb72.
