Voicemail notification not working

I changed my tariff over the phone to a sim only tariff and since then, I do not receive notification of voicemails on my iPhone 13?? The person calling can leave a msg but I do not get notification unless I dial 901,please help it’s driving me crazy...

I have a free subscription to Disney + through o2 which I’d due to end at the end of the year! I can’t seem to cancel it anywhere! I go on Disney site and it redirects me to o2 stating it’s an i2 subscription! Help please!!!
