For two days now my phone won't connect voice calls.been up n down the knowledge then had chat with a guru called Sharon.

She said"it is our issue and we are working on it"...I need my phone for work.any time scale on issue resolution please?should I get another phone/network  or just wait and lose money...?

Get another SIM on a different network if you're desperate for calls. 

It could take days or weeks to fix and there's no way of knowing how long. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
