A small number of callers cannot get through to my phone. They are all in my contacts and they are all with EE.
They either get an engaged tone (at a time when my phone is not in use) or a voice stating 'the number you called is incorrect' - even though they have checked and re-checked that the number is the correct one.
EE does not seemed bothered about this, and won't act on my calls as I am not an EE customer. The people (most of whom are elderly) who cannot call me don't seem to get anywhere with EE (either through lack of ability, time or insistance).
Is there anything further I can do to deal with this problem?

Sounds like EE / Sky are routing the number correctly, so you might be stuck.
I would call o2 and ask them to get Sky to check the routing of the number, if they come back and say all is good its back to EE i am afraid

Apologies for the delay in responding. I thought I had a day or so ago, but it doesn't show, so I must have done something incorrectly.
The number was ported from Sky last year, but this problem has been going on for quite a time before that. I only know there's a problem is someone mentions it, and the elderly don't like to complain.
