How do I turn on visual voicemail

If you have an iPhone, you need to ensure that you have the iData bolt on enabled on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Visual voicemail only works if you have a pay monthly account. O2 won't activate the iData bolt-on for PAYG customers (terrible, I know).
