APPLE Music 6 month offer

Having been offered APPLE MUSIC for 6 months as one option I decided to try it out.

Received the text with the link.

Select link Open in Music pops up, select open and loading is all I get!

How do I actually get the link to work?

Not exactly great service or success in my first acceptance of an offer

It could be Apple as they keep messing about with how the app works with the offers, and if the link is opening up Apple Music then I would suggest contacting Apple Support....

Not sure if you're on wifi or mobile data but using mobile data often helps with redeeming these links.
