I have lost connection to my wifi via my mobile.

WhatsApp chat was a waste of 4 hours (as standard)

All other phones and tablets work fine.

If I change to static IP I get connected but at super low speeds 40mbps... 3 days ago it stopped working for no reason. I was getting 600+mbps (I have 1gig broadband)

Please can someone help, I work alot from my mobile and its affecting my business.

@Nate1980

Have you restarted your VM hub at all??

Also try to go into the phone, and forget network and reconnect.

If these dont work you are best asking on the Virgin Community at https://community.virginmedia.com

or call 0345 454 1111 for VM CS

Yes

Hard reset few times

Left off for more than 30mins

Deleted wifi from mobile

Reset it

Nothing works.

Only going to static ip works and I get slow speeds.

All the other wifi devices work perfectly. Just mine that doesn't work.

02 and virgin not helping. Virgin basically told me it was phones problem and hung up on me.

@Nate1980

If you contact the phone manufacturer online they can usually run a remote diagnostic check.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
