Due to a long travel abroad, i missed the O2 SIM sent to replace my Virgin one.
I am now unable to use my phone and also i cannot get any support as the advisors are trying to send via message a security PIN which i cannot receive.
I need you to send the SIM to a new address please.

No one will send you anything from this customer forum, this is not customer services.
Your best option is to take Photo ID with you to an o2 store and they can issue a new sim to you..
IF you need to update your address it can be done in myo2 when you get the new sim, as you need to receive the pin.

It seems that the only option is to physically visit a store then ..
