I have been ‘complaining’ for well over 12 months now. Here at home in large town, indoors or out I rarely see more than 1 bar of 4G signal and often it drops to 2 bars of just 3G. Making calls is often not possible. I get full signal in other places - in fact anywhere beyond about 400 yards from home! O2 repeatedly send messages saying the issue has been fixed - but it’s not The status page reports possible ‘interference’ between nearby transmitters still. What is really like is for someone to physically turn up at this location and ‘see’ the issue themselves. It’s as if something very local (maybe a neighbour’s WiFi or similar?) is causing a local signal dropout. My wife’s phone (on Vodafone) has the same problem.
(This has really been highlighted today as VirginMedia offline owing to ‘planned maintenance in the area’ so WiFi calling not an option either)
thanks

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.
