I need to get VAT invoices for all my past bills, the future ones going forward, can you arrange this please ?

@rogerl-s: Once you get through to O2, two things will be needed:

  1. For them to send you the past bills you need as VAT Invoices (they may say there will be a charge for this, but when I needed same some years back, three months' worth of bills were sent to me gratis), and
  2. For them to enable VAT invoices on your MyO2 - this is usually the harder one to achieve, and I am not sure if the new 360 billing system makes this easier or more difficult. VAT number and bill format will only apply to your next bill and all bills after that.

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
