I was switched to a SIM only contract today and lost my iphone (12) visual voicemail. I called customer services twice and was told that they couldn't reactivate. I read a similar problem on this forum and tried to explain that they needed to activate iData but they said they couldn't. Please please can someone help. I can't face phoning O2 for a fourth time and for another hour..... *crying*

You can try asking for data for iPhone as it seems some agents only recognise it as that expression.
Asking via private message on one of the social media platforms may also be helpful.
