I recently decided to order a new phone - with a £30 up front fee. Once I had completed the order and the £30 was taken, it was decided I needed to pay an extra £375 as a deposit, and I then did not continue with the order. However the £30 was still taken. How/when will I get this money back?

o2 don't have your money, your bank do, as they reserve the funds.
The funds will be returned by your bank in between 24hours and 7 days depending on your bank.
If after 7 days it hasn't then you need to speak to the bank.
